The SwimmerJoe Show is a syndicated show, airing weekly to an audience of 73,000 fans. Hosted by Joe Auer and Chris Emig, the show focuses on competitive swimming, coaching, training, and the swimmer lifestyle.

Joe Auer

Joe is a former competitive swimmer who was setting nationals records in the pool by age 10. An Olympic Trial Qualifier who swam for the University of Florida under the legendary Randy Reese, Joe now coaches Olympic hopefuls with the year-round Blue Dolfins swim team in Winter Park, Florida.

The founder of Florida Swim Network, Joe began covering competitive swimming in 2011 and was a commentator for ESPN while broadcasting swim meets for the University of Florida. Joe’s media coverage continued poolside in Rio de Janeiro as credentialed press reporting on the 57 Olympic athletes that trained in the state of Florida but were representing 25 countries in the 2016 Olympics.

Chris Emig

Chris is a former standout swimmer for Texas A&M, who he represented at the 1988 US Olympic Trials. A member of the Winter Park Athletic Hall of Fame, Chris set records as a winning coach for Winter Park High School swim and dive team.
